We charge a £3.49 delivery fee for orders within UK Mainland.

We aim to ship items within 3 business days and most are despatched same or next day.

Please note that some Puppy Angel clothing items may take longer to arrive. Custom made products such as engraved dog tags can take about 10 working days.

If your order is urgent, please let us know BEFORE placing your order. A surcharge might be charged for scheduled/urgent deliveries, please email us and we will try to accomodate your request as best we can.

We use Royal Mail or a courier company depending on the size of the order. In some instances, especially where Royal Mail is used delivery can take longer. No item is considered "lost in the post" for 15 business days after the date of postage. We always obtain a certificate of posting and/or signature on delivery.

Please don't ask for packages to be left in the front garden, by the door, etc, as they can get damaged, or worse, stolen.

For deliveries to Mainland Europe, please drop us an email and we'll be able to give you an estimate. All clothing items, Red Dingo dog tags and most light soft dog toys ship to Europe but liquids (shampoos, conditioners, Yumega, etc) are prohibited and heavy items will not ship either.
